Who we are

himmelzimmer uk is an architectural design practice based in Brighton, working across the UK and Australia. We specialise in design-led architecture that supports how people live now and as their needs change.

Our work focuses on adapting and future-proofing homes to support independence, accessibility and comfort, without compromising character or design quality.

We work with individuals and families seeking considered architectural guidance to remain living well at home for longer, whether in response to age, injury, disability or changing health needs.

Headed up by Chris Mugeli, Dirk Zimmermann and Andreas Tourogiannis, the studio is complemented by a team of experienced designers, projects managers and support staff to keep the magic flowing.
